-->Fusion Administration(L2)-Ability to do 10gAS Installation and configuration with Supervision

-->Advanced Apps DBA(L3)-Ability to install and configure Real Application Cluster, Load Balancing, Shared tech stack, Platform migration, performance tuning without supervision

-->Oracle - Core Apps(L2)-Basic rained in process flows and know 2-4 core modules ability to navigate the screens and understand the setups

Ablility to understand the design document Work with minimum guidance Experienced in SQL, PL/SQL, D2K Trained in Workflow, Discoverer, XML

-->i2 Adv Functional(L2)-Advanced functional expertise in i2 product corresponding to the functional sub domain in consideration.

Ability to fully map SCM functional requirements and integrate them into the final solution keeping in mind product functional and technical capabilities for large and complex projects.

Ability to train advanced users, design, develop and troubleshoot complex landscapes.

Has experience across implementation, support, upgrade, migration and consolidation projects. Is fully conversant with other functional areas and business domains.

Ability to develop integrated solutions.

Ability to work with senior customer representatives and align technical objectives to business strategy. Contribution to thought leadership in the i2 functional space. Excellent knowledge of other SCM product capabilities.



R&R:

Incumbent has depth and breath of technical/functional/domain know-how. Can work independently on defining solution for a mid sized, complex projects or contribute to solution of a program. Is expected to specialize in a technology/domain/functional competency area within the organization. Prepares a road map for the competency/industry segment in form of competitive service offerings. Get involved in practice re usable component inventory and knowledge management. Represents the practice/domain in deal negotiations in the sales support cycle, or lead delivery issue resolutions when required. Gets involved in assignments in large programs. Helps in defining business and technological solutions which help customer design and implement new generation business processes and organization capabilities.
